I wish I'd learnt this much earlier in life. And it always surprises me how much of a difference this makes. It is amazing that so many of our default settings, like this one here, or say the speed at which we judge people, situations etc with so little information are so much of an issue. I often wonder where we pick up these defaults. Got any ideas?
