Trying a vegetable that you don’t like is a small way to start / become #openminded or even to #seekdiscomfort since that’s the way to grow. Radish/ Mooli is one such vegetable for me. I didn’t like it as a kid so I avoided it from then. This morning a neighbour at #humgaon very enthusiastically explained to me a simple baby radish leaves & all recipe and proceeded to harvest some for me. I was about to react and tell him how I hate it - till I thought I would - for a change try it. I followed the recipe and tasted radish all over again after so many years! Guess what, this simple quick recipe really works. That’s one more vegetable that I no longer avoiding! #trysomethingnew #
