When it comes to food I describe myself as a ‘moukatarian’ - one who decides on whether he will go for veg or non-veg food depending on what’s the range in offer. One thing that I chanced upon is that invariably the veg thali in a predominantly non veg eating place is delicious! It’s counterintuitive, because the entire focus & their speciality is the non veg fare. Fellow moukatarians out there, try this hack the next time! This is the veg thali at Gajalee. And it’s oh-so-yum! The staple dal, usal and green vegetable, deep fried potatoe bhajji, and the dependable sol kadi! Finally some curd and the sevai kheer to round it off! You also get a portion of steamed rice, that’s not in frame.
