By the time I learnt about this lip smacking street food of Goa it was time to head back. But I still had one meal left- so what if it was breakfast! So this here is the first #rosomlet that I had! The reason it is called that is because it consists of ‘ros’ that is the Goan word for gravy & an egg omlette. Steaming hot gravy ( can be Xacuti gravy or chicken stew gravy) poured over an omlette that is freshly- made with green chillies, tomatoes and onions. It is had with the local bread called Poi or evening the common Pav that we know all across the country or even some Poori. It is delicious and left me wondering why I had missed it all along! There are carts all across Goa that sell this and it is a quick & filing anytime meal! #comfortfood #goancuisine #streetfood #foodie #foodiesofinstagram
