One of the reasons I look forward to the #winter is because it is #undhiyu time. Undhiyu is this #gujju winter special #item that most #gujarati folks (and converts like me) swear by. While most cuisines have seasonal dishes - this one is on most people’s list. Every family has their benchmark Undhiyu - for us it is the one that my mother in law makes. So for us that is the one that every other Undhiyu we have, has to measure up against! Mostly it’s a losing battle.
