Gujarati cuisine has an awesome element called ‘farsan’ Lots of these are made of gram flour/ bean, many are steamed too and even more are deep fried. Often this farsan can be eaten as a snack, with or without tea. Whenever you sit for a Gujarati meal, there will be a question, what is the farsan in the meal! Because this a much loved aspect of the meal, these days you can order a separate platter too! Here is one we ordered today- it has Moong Dal Dhokla, Makai wadi, Green Peas Gughra and Palak & Cheese Patti Samosa! Each one a hit by itself! #gujaratifood #gujjufarsan #snacksofindia #snacksofgujarat #samosa #foodiesofinstagram #foodie #livetoeat #livetoeatbombay
